Customer Succes Agent

With growth opportunities toward a Manager position. Are you someone who takes responsibility, gives genuine attention, and gets energized by satisfied customers? Then this is your opportunity.

What Will You Be Doing?

As a Customer Success Agent, you ensure that our customers are more than satisfied. You maintain customer relationships, resolve questions and issues, introduce new features, and actively collaborate with your colleagues. In addition, you carefully manage our customer database and contribute ideas for improvements.

You will work with more than 120 clients and be part of a close-knit team of approximately 10 colleagues based in the Netherlands and Valencia.

• Providing support to customers
• Maintaining and strengthening customer relationships
• Contributing ideas for new features and improvements
• Selling new functionalities to existing customers
• Planning and organizing an efficient workflow
• With strong performance, you can eventually grow into a role where you lead the entire customer service team.

What Do We Expect from You?

• A relevant vocational or higher professional education level (MBO+ / HBO)
• Experience in customer service or customer success
• A proactive, positive, and service-oriented attitude
• We’ll teach you the rest — that’s our specialty.
