We are looking for a Technical Support Assistant who can handle questions related to the use of our live chat and unique conversational software in a smart and efficient way. You will work with more than 400 clients, and that number continues to grow steadily.

Your role is to ensure that incoming questions are handled as efficiently as possible while maintaining our high service levels. After all, our customers are the foundation of your career.

What Will You Be Doing?

The Support Assistant helps customers with using our unique staffed omnichannel solution and assists them with any issues they encounter. In addition, you ensure smooth implementations of our solution for customers. This ranges from simple to technical questions, and from small adjustments to large-scale corporate implementations. To guarantee the quality of customer support, we work with a tightly organized ticketing system that we specifically developed for this purpose.

Specifically:

  • Operational customer support
  • Maintaining the knowledge base for each customer
  • Managing implementations
  • Assisting in the development of new features

What Do We Expect from You?

  • A relevant vocational or higher professional education level (MBO+ / HBO), preferably through a BBL program
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and CSS/JS
  • Some experience with customer contact and e-commerce
  • You enjoy customer interaction
