Over the past two years, MisterChat has experienced strong growth. And it makes sense — the world and consumers are changing rapidly. Customers want to feel fully supported and be able to get in touch with businesses anytime and anywhere.

Today, we have secured a prominent position among hundreds of companies in retail, e-commerce, and other industries — businesses where the customer truly comes first.

We are looking for a Customer Success Agent who is perfectly capable of giving our customers the attention they deserve — and preferably a little extra — so that we continue to surprise them every time.

You will work with more than 400 clients and be surrounded by a team of at least 10 colleagues. And that number is continuing to grow rapidly.

 

What Will You Be Doing?

It will be your responsibility to ensure that all of our customers are satisfied. You will stay in regular contact with them, resolve questions and issues, and introduce new features. You work as efficiently as possible and know how to maintain and grow our customer database down to the smallest detail.

 

Specifically:

  • Customer support
  • Maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Assisting in the development of new features
  • Selling new features

 

What Do We Expect from You?

  • A relevant vocational or higher professional education level (MBO+ / HBO), preferably through a BBL program
  • Some experience with customer contact and e-commerce

We’ll teach you the rest — it’s our specialty.
