We deliver this quality by engaging in meaningful conversations with our clients’ website visitors through Live Chat. Providing visitors with a premium customer experience and helping them with their questions. We call it “online hospitality” at MisterChat.
We work for a wide range of clients across different industries, such as automotive, real estate, construction, retail, and increasingly e-commerce companies.
In chats, you are not only answering questions, but also contributing to the sales success of our clients by generating valuable leads.
We operate 6 days a week from 02:00 to 19:00 Surinamese time. In consultation, you can schedule yourself within our shifts.
What are the requirements for a ChatMaster?
You are a student enrolled in at least a higher professional education (HBO-level) program
We are looking for people who want to actively help shape our ambitions.
We grow by dozens of percent every year and will be expanding internationally in the near future. Even now, we already serve international clients. Do you speak a “foreign” language such as Spanish, German, or French? Great—get in touch with us. Our headquarters are in the Netherlands, and in Suriname we are building a team of remote colleagues.
We expect a proactive and eager-to-learn attitude from you. Of course, we will guide you in this—not only during your training period, but throughout your entire time at MisterChat.
