Customer Success Agent
With the opportunity for advancement to Manager. Are you someone who takes responsibility, pays attention to detail, and gets a boost of energy from satisfied customers? Then this is your chance.
What are you going to do?
As a Customer Success Agent, you’ll ensure that our customers are more than satisfied. You’ll maintain contact with them, answer their questions, introduce new features, and actively collaborate with your colleagues. In addition, you’ll carefully manage our customer database and contribute ideas for improvements.
You’ll be working with more than 120 clients and a close-knit team of about 10 colleagues in the Netherlands and Valencia.
Specifically, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing support to customers.
- Maintaining and strengthening customer relationships.
- Contribute ideas for new features and improvements.
- Selling new features to existing customers.
- Planning and organizing a streamlined workflow.
- If you perform well, you may eventually advance to a position managing the entire customer service team.
What do we expect from you?
- A relevant degree at the MBO+ or HBO level.
- Experience in customer service or customer success.
- A proactive, positive, and service-oriented attitude.
- We’ll teach you the rest—that’s what we do.
