We have now established ourselves as a leading player among hundreds of companies in retail, online stores, and other industries—where the customer truly comes first.
We’re looking for a Customer Success Agent who is perfectly capable of giving our customers the attention they deserve—and then some—so that we can surprise them every time.
You work with more than 400 clients and have a team of at least 10 colleagues supporting you. That number continues to grow steadily.
What are you going to do?
It’s your job to ensure that all our customers are satisfied. You’ll be in regular contact with them, answer their questions, and introduce new features. You’ll work as efficiently as possible and know how to maintain and grow our customer database down to the last detail.

- Maintaining a Strong Relationship with Customers
- Help develop new features
- Selling new features
What are we looking for?
- A relevant degree at the MBO+ or HBO level. (Preferably a BBL program)
- Some experience with customer service and e-commerce
