We have now established a prominent position among hundreds of companies in retail, online stores, and other industries—places where the customer truly comes first.
We’re looking for a Customer Success Agent who excels at giving our customers the attention they deserve—and is happy to go the extra mile so we can surprise them every time.
You work with more than 400 clients and have a team of at least 10 colleagues. That number continues to grow steadily.
What are you going to do?
Your job is to ensure that all of our customers are satisfied. You’ll be in regular contact with them, answering questions and introducing new features. You’ll work as efficiently as possible and conscientiously maintain and expand our customer database.
Specifically
- Customer Support
- Maintain Customer Relationships
- Help develop new features
- Selling New Features
What do we want?
- A relevant education at the MBO+ / HBO level. (Ideally, a vocational training program)
- Some experience with customer service and e-commerce
We’ll teach you the rest; that’s what we do best
