What are your responsibilities as a ChatMaster?
Customer Service with a capital C. That’s what we stand for at MisterChat.
We deliver that quality by engaging in meaningful conversations with our clients’ website visitors via Live Chat. We provide visitors with a premium customer experience and help them resolve their inquiries. At MisterChat, we call this “online hospitality.”
We work for a wide range of clients across various industries. These include the automotive, real estate, construction, and retail sectors, as well as a growing number of e-commerce companies.
In the chat rooms, you’re not only actively answering questions, but you also contribute to our clients’ sales success by generating valuable leads.

We are available via chat 6 days a week from 2:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Surinamese time. You can schedule yourself into our shifts in consultation with us.
What are the requirements for a ChatMaster?
You are a student enrolled in a program at the HBO level or higher
- You are available for at least 16 hours per week
- You’re getting high scores on the personality test. Take the personality test
- You must be available to work for us for at least 1 year
- You have gained some commercial experience at another company
- You understand what “hospitality” is
- You’re a star when it comes to making connections
Our Vision
We are looking for people who will help us actively shape our ambitions.
We’re growing by tens of percent every year and will be expanding internationally in the foreseeable future. We’re already serving international clients. Do you speak a “foreign” language such as Spanish, German, or French? We’d love to hear from you. Our headquarters are in the Netherlands, and we’re building a team of remote colleagues in Suriname.
We expect you to have a proactive and eager-to-learn attitude. Of course, we’ll support you in this—not just during your training period, but throughout your entire time at MisterChat.
About Us
“Never let a good crisis go to waste,” as Winston Churchill said. No sooner said than done. MisterChat was founded by MisterSales during the COVID-19 crisis. The idea? To ensure no sales opportunities are lost through personalized live chat. MisterChat now has over 300 customers, and that number is expected to double in the coming years, of course.
